The Inside Sales Specialist supports the sales team by managing customer accounts, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service, acting as a liaison between customers and internal departments.

Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
Process quotes, sales orders, and return requests accurately in the system
Maintains all quote documentation with accurate pricing and configurations
Monitor open orders and follow up with customers or internal departments as needed
Maintains all sales demonstration tools and applications
Generate and distribute regular sales reports
Qualification
Required

Basic understanding of Hörmann technology
Ability to recommend product solutions to customer needs
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) & Nitro; experience with Salesforce and SAP a plus
Excellent oral/written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Well-developed presentation skills
Excellent customer relations skills
Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Fluency in English is required
Preferred
Candidates with second language ability especially in Spanish or German will be given additional consideration
