Youth For Christ USA Inc. is dedicated to advancing its mission through effective recruitment and placement of staff. The Recruiting Associate will oversee job postings, screen candidates for fit with the organization, and assist in various recruiting activities to ensure the organization is staffed with qualified individuals who align with its mission and values.

Religious Institutions

Responsibilities

Oversee job postings for all positions across COYFC and subsidiary affiliates

Screen candidates for professional and spiritual fit with the organization

Assist in other recruiting activities as needed

Responsible to fulfill COYFC staff responsibilities

Responsible to fulfill spiritual responsibilities

Work with each COYFC department and company to ensure that all staff positions have accurate, compliant, and up-to-date job descriptions, and that they are accessible

Write job postings to attract candidates using YFC/USA Careers, Paycor Recruiting, and other recruitment avenues

Organize and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) through Paycor Recruiting

Promptly communicate to all applications via phone and email

Coordinate and conduct staff screening and interviews

Manage communication with candidates through the vetting and interviewing process

Liaison with COYFC departments to facilitate great communication and prompt hiring processes

As needed, assist with background checks, document collection, and other tasks

Assist with document management for personnel files, in collaboration with Operations and HR Administrators

Articulate and uphold COYFC religious beliefs and practices at work and outside of work

Be ready and willing to lead and contribute to distinctly Christian activities such as devotional worship or prayer services

Seek God’s guidance and wisdom, through prayer and meditation, for the organization as a whole as well as for specific ministry initiatives
