Required

B.S. or MS Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering (or related engineering field), with emphasis in water resources
4-8 years' water resources-related experience
Experience in watershed and storm water management, design of stormwater quantity and quality control measures (specifically to Virginia DEQ BMP Clearinghouse), surface water hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, drainage design, erosion and sediment control design, and watershed/waterway modeling
Knowledge/experience with ESRI Arc GIS, HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS, SWMM, HY-8, TR-20, AutoCAD
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

P.E. license preferred
