Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania is a nonprofit organization that funds job training and community programs. They are seeking a Database Manager to support the maintenance and management of Human Service information software, ensuring data integrity and leading training programs for users.

Responsibilities

Maintain up to date knowledge of system features and updates to make recommendations for system adoption and/or implementation

Play a key role in the division wide management of the Human Service information systems

Own the review, testing and implementation of system updates

Develop and lead comprehensive training programs for database users to promote effective data entry and utilization

Be knowledgeable of and follow all applicable regulations, procedures and policies for Goodwill of SWPA, including but not limited to attendance, training requirements, and safety policies and procedures

Required

High School Diploma or Equivalent AND at least 6 years' required experience OR

Associates Degree AND at least 4 years' experience OR

Bachelors Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related AND at least 2 years' experience

Maintaining CRM/HSIS systems or similar data management - robust cloud-based system of record

Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and report building tools (such as Power BI or Tableau)

Candidates are expected to provide current valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to first day of employment
