They are seeking an Architectural Intern to support architectural staff and project teams, contributing to various stages of projects while incorporating sustainable design solutions.

Responsibilities
Incorporates and considers sustainable design solutions into all projects
Provide support to architectural staff
Support project teams in all stages of the project
Responsibilities vary based on experience, interests, and business needs, but included:
Renderings
Field measurements
Construction documents
Finish schedules
Design documents
General detailing
Other tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Possesses creative talent in the communication of complex and diverse conceptual ideas
An unquenchable passion for the work required
Foster mutual trust and confidence by developing solid relationships (internal and external)
Ability to solve problems, specifically interpret multiple stakeholders' input
Time management skills, including balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and managing time without deadline-driven projects
Aptitude to work in a team environment as an individual contributor
Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and provide high-quality work
Excellent communicator: verbal, written, presenting, training, and public speaking
Enrolled as a junior or higher in an undergraduate program, having successfully completed at least two years of coursework toward a bachelor's degree
Must have successfully completed a Revit course prior to beginning the internships
Applicants must include electronic work samples and a resume to be considered
Satisfactory completion of a background screening
Preferred
Prefer a proficient level of experience in the following: MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), Sketchup, Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering software (Lumion)
Knowledge of Affinity Photo, Designer, and Publisher
