Responsibilities
Develop and implement production planning strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency
Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and dispatching
Oversee inventory control processes to maintain accurate stock levels
Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations
Manage profit and loss statements related to warehouse activities
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in warehouse management, operations management, and supply chain
Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems
Strong knowledge of transportation management principles
Experience in overseeing shipping, receiving, and inventory control processes
Proficiency in process improvement methodologies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to Relocate: Manteno, IL 60950: Relocate before starting work (Required)
