Have a proven record of research accomplishments and publications in the field of quantum science
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Are willing to occasionally travel to sponsor sites, conferences and workshops
Are able to obtain an Interim Secret level security clearance by your start date and can ultimately obtain a TS/SCI+poly level clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security clearance investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship
Preferred
Have significant hands-on experimental experience with superconducting qubit design, RF control, quantum measurements, and/or dilution refrigerator operation
Are experienced with test equipment control and data analysis in python
Have significant experience modeling multi-level, multi-qubit, and/or light-matter interactions
Have a record of significant contributions on projects pursuing highly sophisticated objectives
Have experience collaborating closely with theorists
Hold an active TS/SCI+poly security clearance. If selected, you will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet the requirements for access to classified information. Eligibility requirements include U.S. citizenship
