Prestige Staffing is seeking a Director of Tax Advisory Services to oversee and enhance tax advisory and compliance services within a wealth management environment. This leadership role involves guiding the delivery of comprehensive tax planning and compliance solutions while fostering growth and high-quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and deliver comprehensive tax planning services, including review, preparation, and filing for individuals and entities such as corporations, partnerships, estates, and trusts

Build and manage a dedicated tax team to meet client demand and maintain service quality

Collaborate with Investment Advisors to review client tax situations and identify planning opportunities

Participate in client meetings to support complex tax strategies and client education

Engage in wealth management business development initiatives

Develop and deliver internal training on tax topics, legislation updates, and client FAQs to enhance team expertise

Ensure adherence to quality standards and continuous practice improvement

Qualification

Active CPA licenseTax code knowledgeTechnical accounting principles’s degree in AccountingMS Office proficiency’s degree preferred5 to 8 years of tax experienceCommunication skillsInterpersonal skillsConfidential information handling

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; Master's degree preferred (MST, MBT, MSA)

Active CPA license

5 to 8 years of tax experience

Strong knowledge of the tax code and technical accounting principles

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
