Responsibilities
Lead and perform rigorous inspections to ensure all construction activities align with contractual specifications, industry standards, and safety protocols
Oversee project-specific quality control plans and adjust procedures proactively to maintain alignment with evolving requirements
Enforce job site cleanliness and safety while promoting a culture of compliance and accountability across all trades
Partner with field leadership to implement corrective actions that meet or exceed quality expectations
Generate detailed reports and documentation as required by the client, internal teams, and applicable agencies
Calibrate, maintain, and oversee all quality-related tools and testing equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability
Facilitate and participate in internal audits and quality assessments to confirm adherence to best practices
Stay current with construction QA/QC methodologies through ongoing training, certifications, and participation in technical forums
Serve as a liaison with regulatory bodies and inspectors, ensuring positive relationships and timely resolution of issues
Collaborate with project managers to maintain scheduling and budget compliance while supporting execution excellence
Contribute to the creation and review of submittals, ensuring alignment with project goals
Assist with additional assignments and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in construction management, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
7+ years of quality assurance/quality control experience in large-scale construction environments, ideally in mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers, industrial)
Deep knowledge of construction engineering processes, building codes, QA/QC procedures, and interdepartmental coordination
Proven ability to read, interpret, and apply complex plans, blueprints, and specifications
Proficient with documentation tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence quality-driven outcomes
Familiarity with ISO standards and other regulatory QA/QC frameworks
Adept at working with stakeholders at all levels, from field teams to clients and third-party agencies
