Responsibilities

Structure the technical information we provide to users

Author the original product documentation in English, including the online help

Contribute to the authoring of the training material and other technical resources

Maintenance of the existing content

Coordination and support of our team of translators

Production and publication of the product documentation

Maintenance of the playbooks for the authoring, localization, and publishing process

Contribution to the improvement of the documentation process
