Responsibilities
Sand, sandblast, and resurface blemishes
Prepare, paint, and assemble products
Apply primer and exterior paint to a variety of UAV’s and other products
Prepare adhesive, paint, resin and other products for use
Read and interpret blue prints, process standards and parts list
Ensure all paint equipment is operational and functional while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Able to read, interpret, and accurately implement engineering instructions and drawings
Able to work with basic hand tools: screw drivers, ratchets, torque wrenches, precision measuring equipment, and paint shop equipment
Must be a U. S. person as defined by 22 U.S.C 6010
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Able to bend, stretch, work with hands, push, pull, and move as needed to reach, clean, and service machinery
Must be able to visually inspect components and products
Must be able to wear required safety equipment such as gloves, safety glasses, respirator, and other PPE as needed
Must be able to regularly lift and carry up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated work experience within a similar role
Preferred
Related community college or military experience preferred
