Responsibilities

Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems
Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve IT-related problems
Collaborate with IT team members to deploy and upgrade IT infrastructure components, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and implementations
Assist in the documentation of IT processes, procedures, and system configurations
Learn and adhere to IT security policies and procedures to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
Assist in implementing security measures and monitoring compliance with established policies
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to support continuous learning and professional development
Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge
Work effectively with IT team members and other departments to support IT initiatives
Communicate effectively with end-users to understand and resolve their IT issues
Perform other IT-related tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the IT management team

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts
Basic understanding of IT fundamentals and principles is a plus

Preferred

Relevant internships or work experience in IT support or related roles is advantageous but not required
Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus but not required
