Computer Aided Design Drafter
UNARCO Material Handling is a leading pallet rack manufacturer with fifty years of experience in production, engineering, and design. They are seeking an experienced Computer Aided Design Drafter to create and update technical drawings using CAD software while collaborating with engineers and project managers to meet design specifications and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities
Prepares drawings and visual aids using CAD software (AutoCAD)
Experience with Technical Drawing or Engineering Drawings
Applies prescribed standard techniques and procedures in accordance with established criteria to perform assigned tasks as part of a broader assignment
Works with engineers and other professionals to produce drawings that meet clients or project specifications
Performs routine technical work and exercises limited judgment on details of work
Acquires an understanding of professional and ethical responsibilities
Records a written summary of data for all project responsibilities
Create and maintains filing systems as assigned
Prepares document deliverables
Collaborate with engineers in verifying total design meets customer need
Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
7+ year's experience of technical CAD required
5+ year's experience in AutoCAD software program required
Experience with Technical Drawing or Engineering Drawings
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to apply mathematical concepts to practical situations
Proficient in ACAD, Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Ability to work independently or in groups and is self-motivated
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
Preferred
Experience in CAD 3D drawing programs (ie. Inventor) is a plus
Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering setting, preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree in Computer Aided Sciences, preferred
