Responsibilities

3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation
3+ years of Amazon Connect developer experience
Understanding of Amazon Connect capabilities
Contact flow/module development and deployment
3rd party API calls, CRM and other backend integrations
Experience building and deploying Amazon Lex bots for voice and chat
Natural Language Understanding (NLU) implementation
Designing conversational flows and intents
Bot testing and optimization
Proficiency in services like API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, IAM etc
Experience with REST APIs and web services integration
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
Automation and scripting skills (Python)
