Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Manufacturing Test Engineering (MFG TE) team to design, develop, and deliver robust diagnostic programs that ensure high-quality production standards for L6/L10 hardware
Work closely with the Taiwan core team to implement and refine diagnostic programs, ensuring alignment with both technical and production requirements
Lead the resolution of customer-reported issues, utilizing strong troubleshooting skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in the diagnostic program or manufacturing process
Develop and maintain stress testing programs to validate product durability under extreme conditions, identifying weaknesses and ensuring product robustness
Develop comprehensive test plans based on the system's hardware specifications, ensuring that these plans are effectively deployed in manufacturing processes to validate the product's quality before release
Qualification
Required
Proficient in Python and Bash shell scripting, with a strong ability to develop and automate diagnostic testing processes
Familiarity with the Linux environment, including system configuration, administration, and troubleshooting
In-depth understanding of server hardware architecture and protocols, allowing for accurate development of diagnostic programs tailored to specific hardware systems
Strong ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to both hardware and software, ensuring smooth diagnostic processes in manufacturing environments
Ability to work effectively with various internal teams, including hardware, firmware, and manufacturing teams, to ensure seamless program development and issue resolution
A proactive approach to resolving customer-reported issues and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Preferred
Experience in hardware validation, stress testing, and manufacturing test program development
Familiarity with industry-standard diagnostic tools and frameworks
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
Strong understanding of production testing environments and processes
