Responsibilities
Responsible for inspections and communications about warranty and quality items to internal staff and external customers in the Midwest
Serve as a SME (Subject Matter Expert) on all Hankook products to answer customer inquires and evaluating returned tires
Must be willing to travel 50% of the time to customer locations
Research and resolve customer complaints and issues
Have knowledge of competitor products and tire industry regulations
Any other duties assigned by management
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
At least 4 years of relevant experience in the Tire/Automotive industries
Strong oral and written communication ability
Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle for travel
Intermediate to advance Microsoft office capabilities
Must be able to work out of the Monee, IL warehouse 50% of the time
Preferred
bachelor's degree preferred
Customer service experience preferred
