Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring a positive client experience
Develop strong, long-term relationships that encourage trust and client retention
Address client needs promptly and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Monitor account health and proactively identify opportunities to improve service
Support contract renewals and account growth through excellent service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or customer service
Exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Ability to present and collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM software
