Responsibilities

Lead workstreams or medium-to-large engagements focused on finance operating model design, process optimization, and digital enablement across all finance areas

Serve as a trusted advisor to finance executives, helping define transformation roadmaps and deliver business outcomes

Oversee day-to-day client delivery, including project planning, stakeholder management, and quality assurance

Support design and implementation of digital enablers such as ERP (SAP, Oracle, Workday), EPM tools, automation, and analytics solutions

Manage and mentor consultants and managers, fostering skill development and strong team performance

Collaborate across firm capabilities (e.g., digital, risk, change management) to deliver integrated, cross-functional transformation initiatives

Participate in business development efforts, including proposal creation, solution design, and client presentations

Contribute to internal thought leadership, methodologies, and practice development initiatives
