MACH TB 2.0 Configuration and Data Analyst
Kratos Defense and Security Solutions is seeking a Program Configuration and Data Analyst to ensure the integrity and control of product information across the Program. The role involves collaboration with various teams to maintain configuration baselines and support audits, while also administering configuration management tools and overseeing change management processes.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain configuration management plans, processes, and procedures ensuring compliance with industry standards such as (but not limited to): AS9100, ISO-9001, MIL-STD, and customer contractual requirements
Familiarity with Military and industry CM standards such as MIL-HDBK-61, EAI-649, ISO 10007, and CMMI
Manage product baselines (functional, allocated, and product) across the system lifecycle
Serve as the CM subject matter expert (SME), mentoring team members and advising leadership on CM strategy, risk, and compliance gaps
Review, develop, and recommend improvements to existing configuration, change, and release management policies and procedures
Maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), drawings, revision history, and part number schema within PLM/ERP systems
Drive adoption of modern CM practices and tools, including PLM/ERP integration, digital thread initiatives, and process automation
Interface with suppliers and customers to ensure proper flow-down of contractual and mission assurance requirements
Support program reviews, customer audits, and government inspections, serving as the CM representative
Lead or support cross-functional Change Control Boards (CCBs) and Engineering Review Boards (ERBs)
Interface with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management to ensure configuration integrity
Support the release and revision control of engineering drawings, specifications, and software
Ensure compliance with export control regulations (e.g., ITAR, EAR) in documentation and data handling
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and subject matter experts, as well as work with external partners/vendors
Administer configuration management / data management services on the Windows platform
Provide regular reporting of system health and evaluate additional monitoring procedures
Supervise associated CM Specialist personnel in support of the program
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline or equivalent experience
8 years of configuration management experience, including experience with DoD Configuration standards and procedures, data management, file management systems, and common engineering design/development software
Demonstrated ability to lead process improvements, streamline CM workflows, and implement tool upgrades
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Visio
Preferred
Experience with PTC Windchill, Teamcenter, CMStat, SolidWorks, Cameo, and other configuration management and design/development software a plus
Active DoD Secret Clearance preferred
