Responsibilities

Identify and secure new trade show contracting opportunities to drive revenue growth

Represent The Expo Group to show management, association executives, exhibitors, and other stakeholders, creating goodwill and securing new business

Prospect for clients by developing targeted solicitation plans for key accounts, including venues, hotels, associations, and corporations with trade show events

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client communication and exceed client expectations

Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations, and follow-ups

Partner with the Creative, Marketing, and other teams to prepare RFP responses, craft proposals, and deliver presentations to potential clients

Negotiate and secure contracts alongside senior sales staff to formalize new business

Attend industry events to stay informed on trends and competitors
