Regional Sales Manager, West Region (Nevada, California, Hawaii)

They are currently seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to support their California region, responsible for managing relationships with electrical wholesale distributors and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities

Manage all sales activities within a designated geographical territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with electrical distributors and end users
Support and collaborate with Manufacturer’s Representative Agents in the region
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and cold calling
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Meet or exceed revenue targets and KPIs set by leadership
Represent NSI at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, both in-person and virtually
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and alignment

Required

5–7 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry
Proven success in a regional or territory sales management role
Strong industry knowledge and familiarity with distribution channels
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong presentation and communication skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
