USRowing is a nonprofit organization recognized by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee as the national governing body for the sport of rowing in the United States. They are seeking experienced independent contractors to serve as Pathways Talent Coaches to identify and develop U19 and U23 athletes with the potential to progress toward the Senior National and Olympic Teams.
