Responsibilities
Own your cases from start to finish in a supportive, fully remote environment
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and mediation briefs using our cloud-based systems
Argue motions, take and defend depositions, and prepare for trial
Drive strategy and make key case decisions with autonomy and impact
Use our integrated tech tools to communicate, collaborate, and track performance
Negotiate powerfully to achieve life-changing results for our clients
Deliver a five-star client experience every time — we care as much as we fight
Qualification
Required
Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar
5+ years of experience in employment litigation
Superb research, writing, and analytical ability
Creative, strategic thinker who thrives in a remote-first, tech-savvy team
Able to manage a large caseload while staying organized and proactive
Motivated, ambitious, radically optimistic and driven to grow your income and your career
