Responsibilities
Assist with site and space planning for construction project managers
Research building codes, local zoning, and business park covenants
Prepare presentation materials including drawings, diagrams, and renderings to clearly convey design concepts
Review project scope with construction project managers
Produce architectural documents for permit submittal and construction
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field required, plus 4+ years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Revit required
Experience in AutoCAD, 3D modeling and rendering software (Rhino, Enscape, Lumion), Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office Suite
Experience producing construction drawings is required
