Responsibilities

Manage the clients, project staff, and consultants through the project process on multiple complex projects

Utilize operational management tools, including workload forecasting, resource planning, and project team development

Manage and Develop project documents as per client, regulatory, and industry standards

Coach, mentor, and develop staff, including identifying and recruiting high-quality staff with leadership potential

Create and foster relationships with keys clients, while managing client expectations

Maintain project budgets to ensure profitability

Apply interpersonal communication skills to build strong working relationships, resolve conflicts, and motivate the project team

Collaborate across other disciplines with internal and external team members

Promote a workplace culture that is consistent with the BHDP Collective Ambition
