SRM Concrete is seeking engaged, driven individuals with an active CDL license to join their team of Mixer Operators. The primary responsibility is to safely operate and maintain concrete mixer trucks while delivering high-quality concrete to various job sites and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products

Ensure timely delivery of concrete products to residential and commercial sites while maintaining a courteous and professional interaction with the customers and the public

Conduct pre-and post-trip inspections on the mixer truck to ensure its proper functioning and report any maintenance or repair needs

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of all team members and the public

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, vehicle maintenance, and other relevant documentation as required

Work closely with the dispatch team to ensure efficient scheduling and routing of deliveries

Assist in other duties as assigned, which may include general maintenance tasks or supporting other team members in the production process

Proven safe driving record

Physically able to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather conditions

No unexplained gaps in employment history

Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability

Willingness to undergo SRM's pre-employment screenings

Preferred

Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in a similar role is preferred, but not mandatory
