Responsibilities
Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements
Perform laser startup and PM’s of machine
Operate overhead crane
Check first and last pieces for quality. Ensure parts are free from blemishes
Use pin gauges, calipers, mics, fabervision, and CMM to validate parts to prints
Make adjustments such as laser offsets and alignment
Stock parts in a safe and orderly manner
Clean machine during and before end of shift
Make sure all tools are returned to shadow board
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Previous experience leading employees required
Able to make fast, accurate decisions relating to the production process and equipment
Quality standards must be strictly adhered to, so attention to detail is extremely important
Basic understanding of blueprints required
Preferred
Previous experience in a related role preferred
