Responsibilities
Play a critical role in the design, implementation, and management of complex systems and solutions that drive innovation, safety, and efficiency across various industries
Work within cross-functional teams on cutting-edge projects that transform the way businesses operate
Impact the development and implementation of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
Ensure that the system design aligns with Honeywell's quality standards and industry best practices
Maintain in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies and industry trends to address complex engineering challenges and provide solutions that meet or exceed the required technical standards for customers
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Systems Engineering or similar field
Must have graduated or graduating from an accredited college or university between August 2025 and May 2026 and be available to begin full-time work between September 2025 - July 2026
Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the start date
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status
Preferred
Experience with systems integration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for innovation and continuous learning
Strong interest in system engineering and technology
Basic knowledge of system design principles and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
