Responsibilities

Creative development: Conceptualize, pitch, and execute design concepts for a wide range of projects, including marketing collateral, websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging

Project management: Oversee the entire design workflow, from initial briefing to final delivery. Manage timelines, prioritize deadlines, and ensure all design work meets project requirements and brand standards

Team leadership: Act as a mentor for junior and mid-level designers, providing creative direction, guidance, and constructive feedback on their work

Brand stewardship: Develop and maintain visual style guides and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels

Cross-functional collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and leadership, to translate strategic goals into impactful visual designs

Client relations: For agency roles, communicate directly with clients to understand their needs, present design concepts, and manage feedback

Industry awareness: Stay current with design trends, new software, and emerging technologies to keep designs innovative and relevant
