Property and Procurement Associate 2026

Citizens is offering a one-year, full-time Property and Procurement Rotational Program designed for recent graduates eager to launch their careers in Real Estate, Procurement, and Business Operations. Participants will rotate through multiple teams, gaining hands-on experience and building a strong foundation within the team while working on high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

Three 4-month rotations across key teams within Property and Procurement
Exposure to strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations
Mentorship and career coaching
Placement into a permanent role upon completion
Managing retail construction, facilities maintenance, and energy efficiency initiatives
Overseeing Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Health & Safety, and Environmental Sustainability
Partnering with business lines to secure external resources and negotiate contracts
Assessing and managing risks associated with third-party vendors in alignment with regulatory requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree completed by May 2026

Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or collaboratively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Candidates must currently be a U.S. Resident to be eligible for this program
