Responsibilities

Daily coordination of children in executing the plan of the day in accordance with program policies and procedures
Participate in the development and implementation of Individual Service Plans
Conduct supervision of assigned youth and safely transport children to activities, appointments, and school
Serve as an advocate for assigned youth and monitor behaviors to maintain a safe and supportive environment

Required

High School diploma or equivalency
Must be at least twenty (20) years old
Must possess a valid Massachusetts driver's license and reliable transportation
Must have at least one year of related experience working with population
