They are seeking a Foster Care / Host Home Provider to open their home to an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment while meeting their physical and emotional needs.

Provide a safe and comfortable home for an individual with disabilities
Ensure the basic physical and emotional needs required for individuals to live a high-quality life
Establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma/GED
Valid Driver's License
Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional is required
Will need to successfully complete trainings through Community Options
Must be open to supervisory visits in your home
