Foster Care/Host Home Provider

Community Options, Inc. is a national non-profit agency providing services to individuals with disabilities in 12 states. They are seeking a Foster Care / Host Home Provider to open their home to an individual with developmental and/or physical disabilities and provide a supportive family-like environment. The role requires establishing a comfortable relationship while ensuring the individual's basic physical and emotional needs are met.
