They are seeking Developmental Home Providers to create a family-like setting for individuals with developmental and/or physical disabilities, ensuring they acquire essential skills for independent living.

Responsibilities
Ensure that best practices and technology are used to teach the individuals how to acquire the physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills needed to live as independently as possible
Qualification
Required
At least 21 years of age, pass a background check, and obtain a Level One Fingerprint card
Adequate transportation
At least 1 year of previous work experience as a caregiver
Willing to complete 22 hours of training through Community Options (CDH Providers are required to complete an additional 15 hours of Foster Parent College training)
Provide 3-character references
Provide paystubs for at least 1 month
Complete an annual physical
Pass the State of Arizona Life Safety Inspection
Complete the interview process with a licensing specialist
Submit all required documents for the licensing process
Must be open to supervisory visits in your home, including unannounced visits
