Inside Sales Representative (Base + Uncapped Commission)

They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to be the primary point of contact for customers, using consultative selling techniques to understand and meet their service needs.

Responsibilities
Conduct outbound phone calls to educate customers on available service options
Guide customers through service selection process using consultative selling approach
Reconnect with existing and past customers to identify new service opportunities
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets consistently
Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed of service developments
Maintain detailed and accurate customer interaction records in CRM system
Complete up to 75 outbound calls daily during peak calling periods
Collaborate with service teams to resolve any customer issues or concerns
Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to improve sales techniques
Utilize team knowledge and available resources to enhance product expertise
Qualification
Required

High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English)
Previous inside sales or customer service experience
Experience in service industry or customer-focused business
Familiarity with consultative selling techniques
