Responsibilities
Coordinate the logistics for healthcare professional (HCP) education events
Handle accounts payable and invoicing for vendors and healthcare providers
Manage vendor contracts and track budgets for assigned events
Ensure event execution is compliant with healthcare regulations (AdvaMed, Sunshine Act, FMV)
Support post-event evaluations, HCP reporting, and internal documentation
Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Experience in medical event planning, logistics, or professional education
Solid background in vendor management, accounts payable, and payment processing
Strong attention to detail, with excellent organization and follow-through
Familiarity with healthcare compliance (e.g. HCP, AdvaMed, Sunshine Act)
Skilled with tools like Excel, Monday.com, CVENT, or similar
Have prior experience managing HCP events or medical education programs
Know how to process payments in compliance with FMV and transparency rules
Be confident juggling multiple deadlines in a remote and fast-paced environment
Communicate clearly with both internal teams and external vendors
Be comfortable with documentation and reporting in regulated environments
