Responsibilities
Serve as a SharePoint Administrator for Army Futures Command, managing and securing SharePoint environments at multiple classification levels
Ensure compliance with security protocols and maintain SIPR access for work on classified systems in Austin
Design, implement, and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, and workflows to support organizational collaboration and data management
Develop and manage Power Automate flows to automate business processes and integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems
Extend SharePoint capabilities using Power Apps, creating user-facing solutions and custom forms to enhance productivity
Collaborate with IT, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure seamless integration of SharePoint solutions into the broader architecture
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SharePoint environments for reliability and efficiency
Provide user training, documentation, and support for SharePoint and related technologies
Evaluate and implement emerging SharePoint features and best practices to continuously improve the environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other relevant technical discipline
Certified SharePoint Administrator (e.g., Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Administrator Associate)
Active Secret Clearance
Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX as required for classified system support
5+ years of experience managing enterprise SharePoint environments, including security, configuration, and administration
Experience designing and implementing Power Automate flows for process automation and integration
Familiarity with Power Apps for extending SharePoint functionality and building custom user solutions
Strong understanding of SharePoint security, permissions, and compliance requirements
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience supporting SharePoint in government or DoD environments
Knowledge of cloud-based SharePoint (SharePoint Online) and hybrid deployments
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integration
Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for SharePoint solutions
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize SharePoint workflows and integrations
