ResortPass is redefining hotel experiences by offering day access to luxury hotel amenities. The Senior Business Operations Associate will analyze business trends, communicate insights to stakeholders, and drive operational improvements across various departments.

Responsibilities

Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business; you will be responsible for understanding impacts in a multi-sided marketplace

Effectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders; you will collaborate with stakeholders from across the organization to develop and deliver on your roadmap

Drive improvements in our operations with stakeholders across marketing, sales, account management, etc

Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic and financial planning for the business

Prepare board materials and similar presentations

Required

3+ years experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst or Product Strategy/Analytics role at a high growth tech company

Must be proficient with SQL and have experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker

Extremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysis

Excellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience

Preferred

Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital

Marketplace experience

Experience with marketing/growth analytics (LTV/CAC, Retention, etc.)
