Responsibilities

Coordinate and facilitate commercial real estate transactions from contract to post-closing

Prepare and review closing documents, including settlement statements, deeds, assignments, corporate resolutions, affidavits, and loan documents

Communicate with lenders, real estate agents, title companies, and clients throughout the transaction process

Review title commitments and exception documents

Order and review lien payoff statements, property tax information, insurance, and other closing-related documents

Ensure timely disbursement of funds and recording of legal documents post-closing

Maintain accurate transaction records and perform administrative tasks related to closings

Support attorneys with other transactional and legal tasks as needed
