Responsibilities

Support the development and completion of compliance matrices
Assist in preparing and updating PFMEA documentation
Contribute to risk assessments for manufacturing processes
Participate in the design of tooling to support production
Conduct process development experiments and report findings
Actively participate in group design reviews
Work within the configuration management system to maintain and track program documentation
Perform data reporting and analysis (qualitative and quantitative) across programs

Required

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in MS Excel, SolidWorks, and other engineering/business software

Confidence in communicating across all levels of the organization
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while supporting broader program goals
Willingness to participate in hands-on engineering and development activities
U.S. citizenship
