Work from home (40%) and on-site with a schedule that respects your time
Stay below BACB recommendations so you can focus on quality, not numbers
Work alongside Speech, OT, and PT professionals in a true team setting
Tenured Director mentorship, Program Specialists (your BCBA side-kick), & centralized admin/ training teams lighten your load and take the busy work off your plate so you can focus on your patients
Participate in staff appreciation, community events, mission trips, and leadership that truly listens
Engage in free CEUs, individualized mentorship and clear leadership/clinician pathways with our Journeys tracks
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA Certification and a genuine passion for changing lives through compassionate, evidence-based care
