Responsibilities

Reception - Answering calls, forwarding voice-mails, greet guests, validate parking, etc
Hospitality - Ensure site common areas are well-stocked and maintained, check conference rooms and reset after meetings, etc
Mail Room - Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages
Copy Center - Fulfill scan/print requests according to the instructions provided
Front desk reception coverage including answering phones and directing calls
Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
Perform other tasks as assigned

Required

High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor

Lifting up to 55 pounds; reliable transportation to/from work

Preferred

Relevant experience in customer service
Comfortable supporting multiple offices in San Francisco
