They are seeking a Supply Chain Intern to support the manufacturing schedule, manage purchase orders, and drive process improvements within the supply chain.

Responsibilities
Interact with cross functional team in fast paced manufacturing environment
Drive actions to ensure material availability that will support the manufacturing schedule
Support team with coordination and planning of manufacturing cells
Assist in the management of purchase orders and manufacturing work orders
Support procurement activities through management and tracking of RFQs
Review, organize, and enhance documentation methods of vendor information
Participate in kaizen event to drive process improvement within the supply chain
Manage existing data sets and create new data models to review and track spend category data and supplier metrics
Learn and utilize lean manufacturing toolset to drive continuous improvement
Maintain communications interface with internal and external customers through written and verbal means
Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualification
Required
Junior or Senior currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with an interest in manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain optimization
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
PacSci EMC is a U.S. Department of State ITAR-regulated employer. In compliance with ITAR regulations, this position is limited to U.S. citizens
