Splunk Systems Engineer, Senior Advisor

They are seeking a Cyber Systems Engineer with strong expertise in Splunk to support a mission-critical program, focusing on maintaining and optimizing Splunk infrastructure for national security operations.

Responsibilities
Maintain, manage, and optimize Splunk deployments, covering both system-level and application-level administration
Administer and support Splunk Enterprise Security (ES)
Implement updates, patches, and configuration changes to maintain system security and performance
Monitor and troubleshoot system logs; collaborate effectively with both government and contractor team members
Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, integration issues, and data flow challenges
Analyze stakeholder requirements to design scalable, secure, and modernized Splunk solutions
Lead modernization efforts to improve existing Splunk capabilities
Qualification
Required
17+ years of Systems Engineering experience on programs of similar scope, type, and complexity
Hands-on experience with Splunk, and proven ability to plan and lead systems initiatives
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (an additional 5 years of SE experience may be substituted for a degree)
Active TS/SCI clearance with current polygraph required
