Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause of the problem
Provide accurate and timely information regarding product details, services, and policies
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests with precision
Maintain customer records by updating account information as needed
Follow up on customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further assistance
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
Preferred
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred
