Develop and maintain strategic business partnerships on behalf of Parkview Employer Strategies

Bring significant sales experience in health care insurance

Prospect, close, and nurture relationships with insurance brokers/agents, third-party administrators, and employers across various industries

Promote Parkview Health solutions including group health offerings, Workplace Wellness, Occupational Health, Employee Assistance Program, and on-site clinic services

Drive new business to Parkview Health through consultative selling, strategic relationship-building, and market engagement

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, marketing, or related field

Must have a valid driver's license

Three to five years marketing or business development experience, with a solid track record of developing and maintaining successful business relationships required

Proven track record of closing key accounts and generation of new business also required

Experience managing multiple challenging projects and related deadlines with minimal supervision is required

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Demonstrated ability to build positive relationships ensuring service excellence at all times

Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results oriented environment with strong personal organization skills
