Responsibilities
Assessing performance of traffic signal and communications equipment and prepare reports
Developing designs for safety oriented projects
Performing screening analysis for traffic and safety forward projects
Providing on-site assistance to our clients
Effectively managing assigned projects/tasks and be in responsible charge of task activities and schedule
Managing client expectations to ensure client is highly satisfied with project(s)
Mentoring/training junior staff
Developing new business by fostering existing and new client relationships
Periodic travel required within PA, DE, MD and neighboring states
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Electrical Engineering
Progressive experience in ITS/Traffic Engineering projects
Previous PennDOT, DelDOT, or MDTA/MDSHA experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
Previous experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD
Ability to travel locally as needed
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain in 24 months
