United Water Restoration Group of Mobile is a newly opened office in the water damage restoration industry. They are seeking a dedicated Mitigation Estimator/Project Manager to ensure the accuracy and profitability of mitigation projects while enhancing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive site inspections to evaluate damage and define the project scope

Develop detailed estimates for scope, materials, labor, and timelines

Capture leads and secure project contracts based on initial assessments

Establish project scope and generate work orders for field teams

Collaborate with project managers to plan timelines and resource allocation

Clearly communicate project scope, estimates, and requirements to clients and stakeholders

Provide updates on project status and scope changes during mitigation

Offer technical guidance to field teams during remediation

Perform walkthroughs to ensure scope adherence and quality standards

Prepare and review all project documentation, photos, and reports

Audit final paperwork to ensure compliance with company policies and standards

Manage project's financial setup, including initial estimates and carrier notifications

Submit final invoices to clients and assist with collections within 45 days

Negotiate with clients, adjusters, and partners on scope and payment issues

Finalize project agreements and ensure client satisfaction

Assist field crews, project managers, and estimators with technical queries

Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth project execution

Adhere to safety protocols during assessments and on-site monitoring

Ensure all project practices comply with regulatory and company standards
