Responsibilities
Implement AI and automation solutions using Azure, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Power Automate
Build integrations between AI models and client line-of-business systems (CRM, ERP, etc.)
Work with cybersecurity team to secure AI data pipelines and ensure compliance
Develop reusable frameworks and automation templates for MSP clients
Provide Tier 3 escalation support for AI-related service tickets
Qualification
Required
3–7 years in IT engineering, system integration, or software development
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Familiarity with APIs, Python, PowerShell, and data connectors
Knowledge of security and compliance requirements for AI solutions
