Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Define and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives
Develop measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve business performance
Partner with executive leaders across multiple business lines to align key metrics with strategic goals, identify and size growth opportunities, and answer complex business questions
Oversee the retrieval, manipulation, and analysis of data across team
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and the ability to self-serve
Develop requirements for data that meets future business needs and partner with technology teams to deliver data projects
Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in data analytics
Drive data literacy and foster a positive learning environment around analytics, data science, and data visualization
Qualification
Required
Must have experience leading a team of direct reports
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment
Advocate for team members' professional growth and ensure the team meets its deliverables
Leverage organizational resources to improve team efficiency
Define and implement analytics strategies to support business objectives
Develop measurement frameworks and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and improve business performance
Partner with executive leaders across multiple business lines to align key metrics with strategic goals, identify and size growth opportunities, and answer complex business questions
Serve as a subject matter expert in analytics
Oversee the retrieval, manipulation, and analysis of data across team
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide stakeholders with actionable insights and the ability to self-serve
Develop requirements for data that meets future business needs and partner with technology teams to deliver data projects
Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in data analytics
Drive data literacy and foster a positive learning environment around analytics, data science, and data visualization
Highly skilled in SQL (4+ years using daily), Python or R a plus, data storytelling, and data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Excel
Strong understanding of data management best practices
Proven ability to analyze large data sets, develop analytics frameworks, and deliver actionable insights utilizing a variety of analytical and statistical approaches
Data storyteller who is adept at summarizing complex data analysis into easy-to-understand visuals and presentations up to an executive level
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to executive leaders
Proven success driving organizational change through data-informed insights
Strong project management skills and the ability to drive multiple large programs simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Master's preferred)
10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, including 5+ years managing analytics teams
Preferred
Experience in e-commerce analytics is a plus
